To build a safe environment for our patients and team, we strictly follow the COVID-19 guidelines by RCDSO and ODA. As a result, we can see a limited number of patients per day. However, our team is trying hard to ensure all our patients are seen in a timely manner.

 

 

To book your appointment, preferably send us an email at info@harborddentistry.com or contact us at 416 546 5416 . Our team will return your request promptly. Please note that no walk-in patients without an appointment are accepted.

Please follow these steps before your appointment:

• Review the screening form and confirm your eligibility for an in-person appointment via an email or a phone call.

• Wear a mask (any type) when you arrive and keep it on until you are asked to remove it by our staff.

• If highly needed, only one parent/guardian or a caregiver is allowed to the office under strict regulations.

• Upon arrival, please follow our staff instructions.

• Send us your insurance information prior to your appointment for direct billing.

• Due to high demand and a limited number of appointments, any cancellation should be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid cancellation fees.
